Propain Spindrift 5 AL Frameset
- All frames are made to order. Average delivery lead time approx. 6-10 weeks.
Challenging trails, big jump lines, or high drops. Feel the versatility of this purebred freerider and let your creativity run wild. With the new Spindrift 5 AL robust aluminum frame, no drop is too high, and no jump is too far. It also handles uphill rides, so everything is prepared for your after-work sessions on your home trails, where things can get intense.
By using various alloys, the Spindrift 5 AL is made from at least three different metals. This manufacturing process makes the material highly resistant to fatigue, providing the frame with exceptionally high strength and robustness. The short frame geometry makes the bike very playful and maneuverable. Thanks to the poppy handling, spins and flips are the order of the day on the Spindrift 5 AL. Grab it, spin it, flip it.
All frames are made to order, custom decal and badge colors are available for every order, simply choose the color, size, decal and badge color you'd like before adding to cart. Need help kitting your frame out? ProFlow are here to help, send us a message and we’ll help you with the whole build process. Average delivery lead time approx. 6-10 weeks. Highlights
Blend Alloy
The frame consists of at least three different alloys, which together create the optimum combination of stiffness, strength and weight. Frame parts such as rockers and axles are made of 7075 T6 aluminium, which has a very high strength. For the tubes of the frame, a more fatigue-resistant 6066 T6 aluminium is used. In addition, the milled and forged parts are made of 6061 T6 aluminium. Blend Alloy thus represents our special and unique manufacturing process and ensures the optimum performance of the lightweight frames.
High-Quality Stainless Steel Bearings
All installed ball bearings are made from high-quality stainless steel and are protected with double seals (PROPAIN Dirt-Shields). This makes the Spindrift 5 AL Park extremely durable and resistant.
PRO10 and down tube protection
Extremely agile and balanced thanks to PRO10. Whether using a coil or air shock, this technology provides excellent anti-squat characteristics, ensuring optimal traction regardless of the setup. Our specially designed downtube protection shields the frame from external impacts and damage.
Slack Head Angle for Better Downhill Performance
The flat steering angle of 63.9° provides optimal handling in steep passages and ensures maximum control at high speeds and on technically blocked and demanding terrain.
Cable Ports and Internal Cable Routing
Securely screwed and internally clamped cable ports with seals to protect against dust and water ensure optimal cable management and also minimize noise. For the Spindrift 5 AL, we continue to use classic internal routing through the frame.
Silent is fast
A quiet bike changes your perception on the trail and provides a tremendous sense of security. The high-quality TPR chainstay protectors, combined with cable integration and optimized cable routing, make the Spindrift 5 AL exceptionally quiet.
Bottle Mount
Every freeride adventure is demanding and unpredictable. To maintain your focus and stay hydrated even on the most remote trails, you'll find a bottle mount on the down tube.
