If you're based in Queenstown or visiting, you're more than welcome to drop off your suspension system at our workshop. We'll give it the care and attention it deserves!

Courier Your Suspension Directly to Us
Not near Queenstown? No problem! You can carefully package and courier your suspension directly to our workshop. Please ensure your items arrive at least one day before your booking date. Allow around 3 days postage time, and don't forget to include your return address in the booking form to help speed up the process. -
Use One of Our National Drop-Off Locations
For customers outside Queenstown, we’ve partnered with trusted drop-off locations around the country. Simply take your suspension to one of these locations, and they’ll take care of the logistics and send it to us.
Key Information for a Smooth Booking:
- Courier Costs: You are responsible for courier fees, and please note that free shipping over $49.99 does not apply to services.
- Packaging: Ensure your suspension is carefully packaged to prevent damage. Please also include your return address to ensure a smooth return service.
- Complete the Booking Form: The more information you provide, the quicker we can process and return your suspension. Make sure all fields are filled out accurately.
