The Spindrift 5 CF is built for the most demanding and nerve-wracking freeride adventures. Its long geometry provides unparalleled stability and full control on challenging trails. The slack 63.5° head angle and extended reach enhance handling in technical sections, making you ready for even the steepest descents. Choose between smooth full 29” wheels or the playful Mixed version for agile handling. Thanks to the cleverly integrated Flip-Chip, you can adjust the Spindrift to your riding needs without altering the geometry.

High Modulus Blend Carbon
For a modern carbon frame that withstands ambitious riding for the long term, it’s not enough to use just any carbon material. Instead, it requires a blend of different carbon fibers and weaves, each with its own properties, to meet the demands. PROPAIN carbon frames are made from pre-preg carbon layers, which ensure an optimal resin content and significantly higher strength values. Each layer has specific properties and fulfills particular roles at different points of the frame. Based on requirements for stiffness, flexibility, impact resistance, weight, strength, and stress direction, various fibers and weaves are used.
Sensitive Kinematics and Room for Every Seatpost
By refining the freeride-tuned PRO10 system, we have enhanced the kinematics and simultaneously increased the insertion depth for the seatpost.

Pack The Essentials with PROPAIN Frame Storage
With the new Frame Storage on the down tube, you can store essential gear within the frame. The unique locking system allows for easy access even when a bottle is attached. It's sealed against dust, mud, and water and operates silently. The two included bags, the Tube Bag and the Tool Bag, provide convenient storage
Bottle and Tool Mount
Every Freeride adventure is demanding and unpredictable. To stay focused and have the necessary tools on hand even on the most remote trails, you’ll find a bottle mount on the down tube cover of the Frame Pocket and a tool mount on the top tube.
Brake Integration
On the Spindrift 5 CF, the post-mount brake mount is integrated into the rear frame triangle. In addition to aesthetic aspects, this also ensures better power transmission of the braking forces to the frame. No adapters are required for 180 mm and 200 mm brake rotors, only the position of the Postmount mount needs to be changed.

The frame size is an essential part of the bike performance and contributes significantly to the riding fun. Select your required frame size from the chart. If you are between two sizes, then you only have to decide whether you like it playful or smooth running. For smooth running choose the larger frame size, for playful the smaller one.
