Rider feedback is important, but workshop feel alone cannot show the complete picture. Our CTW RD2 records repeatable performance data before work begins and again after the service or tune. This gives us a controlled comparison—and gives you clear evidence of what changed.
THE PROCESS
We test the shock or fork damper before work begins to record its current compression and rebound performance.
Your suspension is serviced, repaired or tuned for your bike, riding style, terrain and performance goals.
We repeat the test under controlled conditions and directly compare the new data with the original baseline.
You receive the before-and-after results with a plain-language explanation of what changed and what it means.
WHAT WE TEST
The RD2 measures damper force through controlled shaft speeds, allowing us to examine compression and rebound behaviour, repeatability and the effect of adjustments.
Complete rear-shock testing to assess damping behaviour before and after servicing or tuning.
Testing of the removed damper cartridge or assembly. Complete suspension forks are not mounted to the dyno.
Measured spring-rate testing to check the spring against its marked rate and support accurate setup decisions.
